National Director of Client Relations | Dealer ChannelBrent has been with iA American for over 23 years. He joined Service Group in 1997, rising to the position of Vice President of Field Operations. Service Group was acquired by iA American in 2019, and Brent was named Vice President of Sales – Southwest Division. He subsequently became Vice President of Sales – South Central Division, before transitioning to his current assignment in 2021. Brent earned his BA from The University of Texas at Austin.
National Director of Sales | South Central RegionA published author, public speaker, and coach, Coby has been with iA American for 10 years. He joined Service Group in 2011 as a Training and Development Specialist, transitioned to Manager/Academy Instructor for North Texas in 2012, and became Service Group’s North Regional Manager in 2013. He started his new role in December 2020. Coby studied English/Speech Communications at Texas A&M University, and is the author of The PAD Method, which teaches effective decision-making skills to companies, teams, families, and individuals.
National Director of Sales | South Central RegionBrian has been with iA American for 21 years. He started in the retail car business in 1990 in sales, and worked his way up to GM before joining Service Group in 2000. Brian came in as a Trainer, and moved to Territory Manager in 2002. In 2003, he was promoted to Regional Manager of Service Group’s East Texas region, moving to the Northwest Texas region in 2013. In 2017, Brian was moved to Central Texas as a Regional. He began his current role when Service Group was acquired by iA American in 2019. Brian attended The University of Texas at Tyler.
