Contract Holders FAQ

Simply go to our Contact Us page, choose “Request Contract” from the drop-down menu on the form, complete the rest of the form and press send. Note: you will need to include your vehicle’s VIN number. We’ll provide you with a copy of your contract ASAP.

Simply call the toll-free number found on your contract. Most contracts have this number at the very bottom, so look there first. If you still need assistance, please go to our Contact Us page, choose “Claims Status” from the drop-down menu on the form, complete the rest of the form and press send. Note: you will need to include your vehicle’s VIN number. We’ll provide you with the information you need ASAP.

Your contract contains all of the information you need. Simply Look for a section titled “WHAT TO DO IF YOUR VEHICLE SUSTAINS A MECHANICAL BREAKSDOWN,” “HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE,” or something similar. Also, your contract has a toll-free number you can call for assistance. If you still need help filing your claim, please go to our Contact Us page, choose “File a Claim” from the drop-down menu on the form, complete the rest of the form and press send. Note: you will need to include your vehicle’s VIN number. We’ll contact you ASAP with the help you need.

Unfortunately, no. Although our service contracts cover a lot of different components in your vehicle, they do not cover every possible item front to back. Please refer to the section of your contract titled "WHAT IS COVERED" or something similar to see a complete list of what your particular contract covers.

The answer depends on your contract. Look for a section titled “WHAT TO DO IF YOUR VEHICLE SUSTAINS A MECHANICAL BREAKSDOWN,” “HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE,” or something similar. The instructions will usually tell you take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility, or they will tell you to deliver your vehicle to the selling company or dealer if you are within a certain number of miles of them. If you are farther away, or if it's not possible to deliver your vehicle to the dealer, call the Administrator's toll-free number on your contract for instructions. Note: certain states do not require you to return to the selling dealer, so this may not apply to you.

The answer depends on your contract. Look for a section titled “HOW THIS CONTRACT MAY BE TRANSFERRED” or something similar. In some cases, a contract cannot be transferred. If that is the case, your contract should contain a statement to this effect.

The answer depends on your contract. Look for a section titled “ADDITIONAL BENEFITS” or something similar. If your contract includes emergency roadside assistance, you will find a toll-free number in this section, along with details on how to obtain service. The same will be true for any other benefits your contract offers.

A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a special 17-digit identifying code that's unique to your particular vehicle. To locate your VIN, stand outside your vehicle and look through the bottom of the driver's side windshield, near where the dashboard and the windshield meet. If you don't see it there, open your driver's side door and look for it on the door post, where the door latches when closed.

We’re sorry to see you go! However, if you need to cancel, complete details can be found in the section of your contract titled "CANCELLATION" or something similar. Alternatively, you can go to our Contact Us page, choose “Cancel Contract” from the drop-down menu on the form, complete the rest of the form and press send. Note: you will need to include your vehicle’s VIN number. We’ll provide acknowledgment that your contract has been canceled ASAP.
