Dennis brings more than 28 years of experience in driving growth, optimizing distribution channels, and delivering innovative protection and income development solutions across the automotive and equipment industries. 

Dennis has held various leadership roles throughout his career, including National Vice President of Sales for Dealer Services and Vice President of Commercial Equipment. He has served in key positions with American Financial, where he developed dealer-centric F&I and reinsurance programs, built high-performing sales teams, and expanded dealer and channel partnerships nationwide. His expertise in reinsurance structures and performance-based program design has made him a trusted advisor to dealer and agency partners. 

In his new role, Dennis is focused on driving growth by expanding distribution, cultivating strategic partnerships, and strengthening iA American’s value proposition in the retail automotive market. His leadership is centered on building teams that operate at the intersection of innovation, operational excellence and customer-centric go-to-market execution. He holds a B.A. in Communications from Eastern Illinois University and is based in the Greater Houston area.
