Building on a history of working together with President John Laudenslager, Joe brings a proven record of building and leading high-performing organizations that deliver results for dealer and agent partners.

He brings more than 29 years of hands-on training and consulting experience across automotive retail, wholesale, and dealer wealth-building segments. His career includes leadership roles at Brightline Dealer Advisors, Gulf States Toyota, and American Financial Automotive Services (AFAS). Joe has developed and delivered actionable, compliant F&I, sales, and leadership training programs. He is also a trusted consultant to minority dealer associations for Ford and Chrysler, as well as state associations, including the North Carolina ADA and Texas ADA. Joe holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Husson University. s
